Collect Photo & Video Reviews
The Goal
Incentivize customers to leave photo and video reviews for product pages and paid advertising.
The Results
By integrating review apps with Klaviyo, we sent review requests based on products purchased and amount of orders placed. Over the course of a year, over 2,500 customers left photo or video reviews.
Recovering Carts From Custom Checkouts
The Goal
Queue prospects who abandoned their cart from a custom checkout separate from their Shopify checkout into a unique Klaviyo Abandoned Cart flow.
The Results
By utilizing Klaviyo’s custom API integrations, we successfully queued prospects into an Abandoned Cart series while ensuring they did not receive duplicate messaging from the standard Shopify Abandoned Cart flow. In 30 days, this custom flow generated over $125,000 in revenue.
Educate Customers About Products
The Goal
Reduce customer support tickets and provide educational resources for customers to reference.
The Results
By researching products and using tools to find various search queries related to their niche and product, we created various blog posts that served two purposes:

1. Provided an in-depth explanation of how to use, clean, and care for their products.

2. Utilized SEO tools that would quickly rank these articles to the top of search engines.

As a result, customer support tickets dropped, surveys revealed customers felt more cared for, and new email addresses were gathered from prospects searching for terms that the content was optimized for.

Gathering Emails From Amazon Customers
The Goal
Collect email addresses from Amazon customers in order to direct them towards their Shopify store without violating Amazon's TOS.
The Results
After combing through Amazon's TOS, we were able to successfully and lawfully collect emails from Amazon customers, queue them into a Welcome Series, and send them weekly broadcast campaigns. Repeat purchases were made on the Shopify store and the client's bottom line and brand awareness increased.

The Results
