Pricing

We offer two pricing packages, an ongoing contract that charges percentage of revenue or one-time set-up fee.

Below are brief overviews of each.

Ongoing Services

This is the preferred package seeing as we completely manage all aspects of the Klaviyo account for the duration of the contract.

Services include the following for both email and SMS:

  • Setting up, split testing, adjusting, and monitoring all flows
  • Designing, sending, and split testing weekly email campaigns
  • A minimum of one published blog post per week to be sent as campaign and flow content
  • Improving and maintaining email deliverability
  • Creating all necessary segments
  • Creating, implementing, and split testing all sign-up forms
  • Monthly and quarterly performance reports
  • All aspects of flow and campaign strategy, including promotional campaigns such as BFCM
  • Regular list cleaning
  • Ensuring all apps integrate and complement each other
  • Complimentary Gorigas audit, setup, implementation, and training
  • Unlimited amount of custom flows, campaigns, or other requests at no extra charge

This pricing structure for this package is an agreed upon percentage of revenue generated from Klaviyo. There’s a monthly invoice minimum to cover our costs and a monthly invoice maximum so our invoices don’t dig into your margins.

One-Time Setup

The one-time setup package includes the following services over an 8 week period.

  • Setting up, split testing, adjusting, and monitoring a predetermined amount of flows
  • Designing, sending, and split testing 1-2 email campaigns per week for the duration of the agreement
  • Four blog posts to be sent as campaign and flow content
  • Improving email deliverability
  • Creating segments to include and exclude from campaigns
  • Creating, implementing, and split testing necessary sign-up forms
  • Onboarding audit and end of agreement report
  • One-time list cleaning

The pricing structure for this agreement is $7,500 with the following payment plans.
